In good standing as an attorney with the Florida Bar since 1988 and admitted as an attorney to Southern and Middle Districts of the Federal Court in Florida as well as the Federal 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Appeals and the US Supreme Court. J.D. Degree awarded in 1988 from the University, of Miami School of Law. B.A. Degree awarded in 1985 from New York University. Attorney Internship with Dade County public defenders Attorney office concentrating on DUI cases. A private attorney practice includes both Civil and Criminal Law with concentration on DUI, Traffic offenses, Misdemeanor, and Felony crimes. Has personally handled thousands of DUI cases including suspended licensees and other traffic offenses. Has worked as lead counsel in jury trials and over 1500 bench trials
